Handwritten note with reference made to Dr Barton

Handwritten note reads 'NB. 2nd Para. On Medical Admiss form. Closed reduction under IV Sedation. Remained unresponsive from some hours. Dr Barton has pointed this out on more than one occasion and at inquest - IV 2mg of Midazolam was used for Op for dislocation in Haslar. Then Dr Barton prescribed 20 mg Midazolam to go in Syringe Driver with Diamorphine 40 mg. Why - must question Dr B at inquest. L.'
